1951 Bentley MkVI H.J.Mulliner Sports Saloon

1949 Bentley Mk VI Six Light Sports Saloon by H.J.Mulliner The vast majority of Bentley Mk VIís that were produced were fitted with bodies constructed at the factory, but in traditional Rolls-Royce/Bentley fashion, Coachbuilt options were available upon request. Chassis No B7EW is one of the Aluminium Coachbuilt Mk VIís produced, built to Design No 7059/C by H.J.Mulliner, six light sports saloon at their works in Chiswick West London. It is 1 of 125 cars bodied in this style by H.J.Mulliner. It was originally supplied by J. Cockshoot & Co Ltd, Great Ducie St Manchester to its first owner, British Trimmings Ltd , Coronation Mills, Stockport, Cheshire , delivered to them on the 27th October 1949, finished in Blue with a Blue leather interior and carrying the registration number DJA 567. This car requires a total restoration, however, I am told that the 4.25 Ltr engine was rebuilt just before I purchased it along with the chassis, which is rock solid, the other thing to consider is using the car for a Bentley Special. It is all numbers matching with Factory build sheets, £19,995.REDUCED £14,995
