1961 Facel Vega HK 500 LHD, Gunmetal Grey metallic with Red St James leather interior, 383 Ci (6.3 Ltr) V8 Chrysler engine and three speed Torqueflight automatic transmission with push button operation.

The car was originally shipped to New York, it found its way to California where it stayed with its long term owner from 1982 to 2011 and was loving serviced and cared for, it was then sold to a well known American classic car dealer, who then sold it to the previous owner in 2011, it has been in his private collection and used very sparingly, the car has very recently benefited form re-commissioning with over £6000. being spent to bring her up to scratch, the automatic transmission has just been fully rebuilt by “Watts Racing Transmissions” premier Mopar engineers, my company has just fitted brand new electric window motor kit to both doors, new front copper brake lines, electrical wiring, a new Mot and now fully registered with the DVLA, the Red St James leather interior is in super condition with a very nice patina, the Faux-Bois dashboard was repainted some time ago, but still looks very good indeed.

The cars paint work looks good at ten feet, however, on closer inspection could do with improvement at some stage in the future, there are a almost new set of correct 185x15 Avon Turbo Speed tyres all round. The car runs and drives very well, it has been priced competitively to sell for the new custodian to make further improvements should they choose to. SOLD THANK YOU.
